A limited number of Educational Travel Grants are available to support attendance at the 2026 NNECOS Annual Meeting. Grants are awarded based on distance traveled and meeting participation, with the goal of maximizing support for active engagement in the educational program. Active Associate and Fellow/Trainee members in good standing are eligible to apply, as are first authors of accepted abstracts. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through October 22, 2026.
Additional Grant Criteria:
Applicants must be NNECOS Active Associate or Fellow/Trainee members in good standing, or Affiliate members who are first authors of an accepted abstract.
Mentored students (sponsored by an active NNECOS member) who are first authors of an accepted abstract are also eligible.
Recipients are not eligible to receive more than one travel grant per conference.
Applicants must be a paid registrant at the 2026 NNECOS Annual Meeting to receive a grant; registration is not required to apply.
Grant checks must be picked up at the registration table prior to departure; checks will not be mailed.
Full meeting grant checks available after 1:15 pm Saturday.
It is the awardee's responsibility to collect their check before leaving the meeting.
