Rachael Willeford is a Senior Coverage and Reimbursement Specialist supporting ASCO’s Care Delivery department who has over a decade of experience in oncology revenue management across multiple practice settings. She is a certified hematology/oncology coder and a certified professional biller, serving as a key resource for billing and coding inquiries. In her role, Rachael develops oncology-focused coding and reimbursement materials to support members and practices and acts as a staff liaison for ASCO’s American Medical Association activities related to the CPT Editorial Panel and the RVS Update Committee.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Rachael is an active volunteer, serving as an officer for a local chapter affiliate for AAPC, a leading national organization dedicated to the business of healthcare. Her expertise and dedication make her a trusted authority in the field of oncology reimbursement and coding.
