Affiliate Member Application Form

Established in the spring of 2022, the NNECOS Affiliate Membership category was created to allow interested parties otherwise meeting the requirements of NNECOS membership an avenue to participate with NNECOS as a member.

Benefits/Parameters:

• Affiliate membership is a non-voting membership category (ineligible for board service)
• Affiliate members are eligible to:
  • Participate as a member at NNECOS events
  • Submit abstracts to spring and annual meetings
  • Participate as a collaborator with other members in the region in a NNECOS-funded research study.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet at least one of the conditions listed below, complete the application process described below and be approved by the NNECOS Board of Directors

• Previously worked and/or resided in the NNECOS region (Maine, New Hampshire or Vermont)
• Invitation by a current NNECOS Board member
• Resides in the northeast and able to demonstrate value membership will bring to the region

• Initiate application process on NNECOS website
• Complete application
• Application reviewed by the NNECOS Board of Directors for approval.

Established in the summer of 2023, the NNECOS Affiliate - Fellow/Trainee Membership category was created to allow interested fellows/trainees otherwise meeting the requirements of NNECOS membership an avenue to participate with NNECOS as a member.

• Affiliate membership is a non-voting membership category (ineligible for board service)
• Affiliate members are eligible to:
  • Participate as a member at NNECOS events
  • Submit abstracts to spring and annual meetings
  • Participate as a collaborator with other members in the region in a NNECOS-funded research study.

If approved, Affiliate Member Fellows/Trainees shall have the membership fee waived.
