Join us for the NNECOS 2026 Annual Meeting, November 6-7 at the Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, NH. This meeting brings together oncology professionals and industry partners from across Northern New England for two days of education, networking, and collaboration.

Corporate member registration includes exhibit space, educational sessions, and meals on Friday and Saturday. Friday evening's poster reception and dinner are optional add-ons available during registration. Please review the instructions above for deadlines and requirements before completing your registration.

Please note that each participant is required to PRE-REGISTER and complete the NNECOS Code of Conduct prior to the meeting. A link to the Code of Conduct is included in the registration form.

Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee participation for representatives who have not registered by the deadline (Friday, October 16th). In recent years, we have seen an increase in unregistered attendees arriving on-site, which creates logistical challenges and is unfair to those who have completed the process. We want to make sure your team has a smooth experience on the day of the event.

Communication regarding table selection will be sent no later than Friday, September 11th.
