Room reservations must be requested at the time of registration. A payment method on file with NNECOS is required to reserve a room (NNECOS submits reservation requests to the hotel on your behalf via the rooming list). You will not be charged at the time of reservation; payment is only collected in the event of a no-show.

Please note: This registration form is for clinical participants only. Individuals employed by industry should register through the corporate member registration form, which opened on August 10.
